The Domains 4 Sale Marketplace was designed to offer both buyers and sellers with a platform for purchasing and selling domain names

The Service is offered "as is" and it's the sole discretion of Domain Services Limited to end offering this service at any time

The service is only available for domains registered through Domain Services limited

Domain Services Limited will NOT act as a third party in trading and / or communicating

For Domains registered through Domain Services Limited we have a function within the account management area to list the domain for sale. Once activated the domain is listed on all sites operated by Domain Services Limited. Behind the listing there is a link visible with the text "Contact the Owner!" Interesting parties are taken to a contact form that will send the information supplied to the owner of the domain. NO e-mail address is exposed at all times.

The so called "Adult Domain Names" Are only allowed in the XXX Category. Violation of this will result in removal of the listing(s)

This automatic processing of the listings and forwarding of the contact form to the domain owner is the ONLY involvement of Domain Services Limited

By using the domains 4 sale future you agree to this terms of use and our offensive domain policy as defined on this page

This Terms of Use will change over time. If you no longer agree with the terms of use, you agree that your exclusive remedy is to remove your listing(s) or request of us that we cancel your listin(s). If you continue to use the Service following a change in this Term of Use and/or the Service, your continued use of this Service indicates your consent to the changes. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective within 30 days of when the revised Terms of use or change to the Service is posted, or immediately after viewing the revised Terms of Use or immediately on notification to you by e-mail or ordinary snail mail. You agree to review this policy periodically to make yourself aware of any such revisions.

Why is this Offensive Domain Policy Necessary?

Domain services Limited is proud to offer our domains 4 sale service to domain owners in countries around the world. Domain Services Limited users come from a diverse international background and maintain different sensibilities. Domain Services Limited’s domain listing service is strengthened by this diversity and we endeavor to create a trading environment free from offensive terms which lack any redeeming social, artistic or political value. Free speech is another global priority of Domain Services Limited and while we will not tolerate domains whose only purpose is to espouse hatred or violence, Domain Services Limited will never engage in selective censorship of domains that do not infringe upon on this narrowly tailored policy.

Listing offensive domains

As a domain registrar, Domain Services does not engage in selective censorship of which domains people wish to buy and trade. However, Domain Services Limited is also a responsible global citizen and we have created a set of guidelines to determine whether the offensive nature of specific terms will be allowed placement in our Domain Listings. Domain Services Limited reserves the right not to list domains that violate our Offensive Domain Policy.

Offensive Material

An Implementation of policies that have the potential of restricting free speech require careful judgment and consideration of a domain’s potential for substantial social, artistic or political value. Domain names that, in Domain Services Limited's sole discretion, promote or praise hatred, violence, child pornography, racial or religious intolerance may not be listed for sale with Domain Services Limited and will be removed once discovered by, or reported to Domain Services Limited without warning or notice to the domain owner. Users who continually attempt to list for sale in violation of this policy risk suspension or cancellation of their accounts. In addition, domains that promote organizations that endorse and/or encourage hatred, violence, child pornography, racial or religious intolerance may not be listed for sale. This includes, but is not limited to, domains promoting organizations such as the KKK, Nazis, neo-Nazis, or the Aryan nation.

Without limitation, the following are not included in the Domain 4 Sale Service:

We cannot and do not check to see whether the domain name(s) you list for sale infringes legal rights of others. It is your responsibility to know whether or not the domain name(s) you list for sale infringes legal rights of others. We might be ordered by a court to cancel, or modify your listing; it is your responsibility to list accurate contact information in association with your listing and to communicate with litigants, potential litigants, and governmental authorities. It is not our responsibility to forward court orders or other communications to you. We will comply with court orders unless you contact us to contest the order.

If we are sued or threatened with lawsuit in connection with Service(s) provided to your account, we may turn to you to indemnify us and to hold us harmless from the claims and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs). Under such circumstances, you agree that you will, upon demand, obtain a performance bond with a reputable bonding company or, if you are unable to obtain a performance bond, that you will deposit money with us to pay for our reasonably anticipated expenses in relation to the matter for the coming year. Such deposit will be drawn down as expenses are incurred, with all account notices sent to the WHOIS contact information provided in association with your domain names and/or account. We shall not be obliged to extend you any credit in relation to such expenses and we may terminate the Services for a failure to make or renew such a deposit. We will return any unused deposit upon the later of one year from deposit or the conclusion of the matter.

Reporting Domains that Violate the Terms of Use

Despite Domain Services Limited’s best efforts, it is impossible for Domain Services Limited to monitor and verify the domains listed for sale. For this reason, we seek the help of the global community to report any domains you feel may run afoul of this policy. If you would like to report a domain that violates our Offensive Domain Policy you can submit an email through our contact page. Please include the domain in question and the date, time and location where you noticed the domain. Domain Services Limited will act expeditiously to review and remove and/or block, if necessary, all domains that violate this policy.
